How to replace the mud pump piston rubber?

1. Preparation work

Remove water from the tank and remove debris from the tank.

 

2. DisassembleStep

 

1）Remove the limit sleeve and pressure plate, close the U-valve at the end of the cylinder, and rotate to be perpendicular to the cylinder.

2）Select the face control panel, and manually inching the piston back into the tank

3）Next, use hexagon socket and crescent wrench to remove the piston (generally have these tools on the car, pay attention to disassembly must stop, press emergency stop).

4）Remove the piston body with a rope or other tools after removal and complete removal.

 

3. Installation Steps

 

1) For ease of installation, grease the piston prior to installation, or use the rope to place the piston in the tank. Align the cylinder flange with the piston flange.

2) Move the cylinder slightly, push the piston you want to replace into a small part of the concrete cylinder, use the crescent wrench to align the flange connecting screw hole.

3) Screw on the bolts, in order to screw on once, after a tightening, must be tightened for the second time.

4) After tightening, the piston should be inched repeatedly to make the piston and concrete cylinder fit better.

5) Open u-valve that has been closed during removal.

 

4. Notes

1) Be sure to confirm the mud pump shutdown.

2) Do not extend your hand into the concrete cylinder during operation to avoid danger.

3) When extracting the piston, always use a rope or other tools, avoid holding it directly by hand.
