1. Overview

The plug valves, forged of quality high strength alloy steel, are low torque valves based on the technologies introduced from SPM. 1'', 2'' and 3'' plug valves with rated working pressure of 6000psi (42MPa), 10000psi (70MPa), 15000psi (105MPa), and 20000psi (140MPa) are available. The end connection can be of union or of LP or TBG thread. All the plug valves are made comply with USA standard, and can be connected with other similar products in the world. The repair kits can be interchanged with the same type of valves of SPM. Various models of plug valves and relevant repair kits can work in normal temperature, low temperature or H2S environments.

2. Features

1) The repairing and maintenance of the valve body can be performed without being removed from the line, and no special tool is needed.

2) The plug valves, thread with special coating process, have excellent performance in wear and corrosion resistances.

3) Apparent open/close identification and position limiting mechanism are provided.

4) Multiple opening devices are for your option.

5) Low operating torque, easy and flexible operation.

6) Special grease has the dual function of lubricating and sealing.

5. Repair Kit for Plug Valve

Plug Valve Repair Kit Interchangeability
Plug valve repair kits can be provided for standard service, or low temperature and sour gas condition. These repair kits are replaceable and interchangeable for Weir SPM™,
which is including plug, seal segment, side segment, elastomer seals, and grease fittings.(Also we have FMC type plug valve to replacement with FMC Brand)
